1/23/13 - FOR SALE :(

This was the day we ended up putting our house up for sale.  It was a sad day.  We really loved our Texas home.  We built this house fully expecting our kids to grow up and all graduate from high school here.  I decided to take pictures of the entire house so we can always remember how happy we were here.

The first people to walk through our house on the very first day it was listed made a full asking price offer to us.  Too bad it was still $50,000 less than we owed on it.  We were one of the victims of the housing market crashing a month after we bought our house.  We never really cared too much because we didn't ever plan on moving.  Life seems to always have different plans for you then the ones you make for yourself.

1/21/13 - Treasure Hunt

Drew got a map out of a kid's meal from a fast food place.  He colored it all up and then asked me if I would help him follow the map to find the treasure.  I got Kennedy to help me hide some M&M treats and then we went on the hunt.  The boys were so into it and Kennedy was so sweet to help them.  After we found the treasure we played at the park and explored the forest.
