Because of our drought and almost NO rain, we are having crazy wildfires! The fires are getting close to home. We woke up to the smell of campfire this mornig....then we realized it was a forest fire, and it was close. We are having the worst fires in Texas history and one of those fires broke out in Montgomery County, Magnolia - near The Woodlands. It made me evaluate what I would grab (and if I am ready) if we had to evacuate for a fire. Well, if it's not hurricanes - it has to be something, right? Anyway, there doesn't seem to be any rain in the forecast any time soon...we could really use a nice tropical storm right now. ;)
